I have a health concern, how do I get help?
If you have any health concerns and would like help, you will need to book your first consultation with us, and we can move towards helping you to deal with your issue(s) naturally.

What happens in the 1st consultation?
Before any treatments, it is important an initial consultation takes place, which is necessary. This is used to establish your current individual health status and discuss with one of our qualified therapists your concerns and needs.

How long will the 1st consultation last?
1st consultations last between 45 – 60 minutes, in order for us to get a comprehensive idea of your current health status and needs.

Will I have any tests etc. in the 1st consultation?
In normal cases there will not be any tests required. The individual therapist may use non-invasive diagnostic tools to find out more information. These can include:

• Taking your pulse
• Taking your blood pressure
• Tongue diagnosis
• Iridology
  

If any blood tests etc. are required, you may be refereed to your GP or private diagnostic centre.

What happens after the 1st consultation?
After the 1st consultation an individualised treatment program will be discussed and planned with you. Duration of treatments, types of medicines, therapies and costs will be fully explained to you.

What about medicines, where do I get them from?
We will prepare your medicines for you from our clinic dispensary. These medicines are individual to you and your particular needs. They are also hand prepared by one of our qualified therapists.

Are there any side affects using natural medicines?
In normal circumstances there are no side effects of being treated naturally we only use safe and trusted herbal or natural minerals.

What tradition do you use?
The clinic is based predominantly on treatment using the traditional Tibb – Yunani approach. For more information Click Here

What happens in follow up consultations?
All follow up consultations are used to progress how you are doing in terms of your health as well as to monitor how you are getting on with the treatment. Follow up consultations can be used to raise any further issues or concerns.

How long do follow up consultations last?
Normally follow up consultations last around 30 - 45 mintues.
